Dear Homeowners:

The current acting homeowners association is requesting all homeowners 
in Hartsfield Village to form a new homeowners association (HOA) that will serve 
all three phases of Hartsfield Village.  When the original neighborhood was established 
there were two homeowners associations.  "Hartsfield Village HOA" (for phases I & II) 
was established in November 1986 and then adminstratively dissolved in August 1995. 
"Hartsfield Village HOA III" was established in February 1990 and 
administratively dissolved in October 2002.  Rather than resurrecting each HOA to corporate 
status and facing some fifty delinquent state filing fees, 
we would like to merge Hartsfield Village Phases I and II with Hartsfield Village Phase III.  
The benefits of merging the two HOAs would be: avoidance of past due delinquent state filing fees 
of over $800, one board of directors, only one state filing fee per year, and we would be 
able to accomplish goals for the entire neighborhood since we have combined funds and volunteers.

In order to merge the two HOAs, we need YOUR approval, as homeowners, in both Hartsfield Village I & II
and Hartsfield Village III.  This letter requests that each homeowner indicate either 
approval or disapproval of the merger.
